All scooters are easily accessible on the 12 vinyl capped bars that hold two scooters each. Wide base and low center of gravity prevent tipping. Made of high quality PVC pipe that won't rust and easily snaps together. Rolls through doorway on swivel casters 3" dia. no-mar rubber wheels. Use indoor or outdoor. Measures 26"L x 19"W x 48"H.
