Unique main base is offset to maximize stability- 6 5/8" O.D. steel has a tough powder coat finish to resist scratches and can be filled with sand to provide 55 lbs. of ballast. It's easy to move because the weight never comes off the floor- just tip and roll! The upright is 10' high and is constructed of 2" O.D. galvanized steel.
