a2e® Race to the Plate

Meets PE Standards 1, 3, 4, & Health 1, 4! Small cooperative group activity focused on nutrition concepts, strategy, and fitness activities. Also incorporates math and literacy. Cones are set up in a rectangular pattern, with hoops inside. Game components are placed inside the hoops. Object is to get all 5 game pieces to the correct color on the plate via dice rolls, exercises, and vocabulary matches. Includes 6 each: game boards, sets of a2e 4th & 5th grade Nutrition Vocabulary Matching Cards, activity sheets, sets of game pieces, dice, cones, and hoops.
