Will my login on PalosSports.com remain the same?
As of July 2, 2021, you will need to create a new account on the new PalosSports.com. If you already have an account with us on our parent company's website, SchoolHealth.com, you can use your same login on both websites.
How do I register online?
Click on the Register link at the top navigation bar and follow the registration instructions. In your account, you will now be able to store shipping addresses, view order history, and more.
Will any part of the ordering process change?
Ordering will still be as simple as adding an item to your cart and checking out. As we work to bring you a more efficient shopping experience, some customizable products like trophies, awards, and custom kits will need to be purchased by phone or email for the time being. - If you are using an item number, remove any alpha characters from the item number and type in only the numerals.
- You can also browse products by category, using the top navigation bar.

Our terms are net 30 days from date of invoice only to established accounts. All state funded schools and organizations will be considered established accounts with a purchase order or approval from administration. All customers must comply with 16% freight policy added on for shipping. Sales Tax Exempt customers with a valid and current sales tax exemption certificate on file with Palos Sports will have their tax removed from the order before processing. Merchandise Return Policy
We want to earn your confidence in us! If after receiving your order, it is not what you expected, kindly contact Customer Care at 800-233-5484 or Returns@PalosSports.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. 99% of the time there will be no restocking fee. But, on certain occasions when dealing with higher priced items a 20% restocking fee may apply plus shipping charges to and from. Please note that any and all custom products including but not limited to Mats, Padding, Locks, Climbing Ropes, Folding Chairs and Stools are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise
It is your responsibility to identify damaged or loss of merchandise occurring from damaged cartons upon delivery. Notation of damaged or lost cartons must be made at time of delivery. Any shortage or damaged merchandise must be made within 15 days of delivery.
There is no minimum order. C.O.D. ORDERS NOT ACCEPTED.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of your order, send it back for replacement, exchange or refund. All we need is proof of purchase (the invoice number and date). All freight charges to and from will be your responsibility. The merchandise will be credited 100%, no if, ands or buts.
We love offering our customers great deals and discounts, and due to our everyday low prices, some exclusions will apply. 24 Hour Shipping on In Stock Items
Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours, with the exception of drop shipped items. After an order leaves our warehouse, it could take 1-5 business days for arrival depending on your location. View our ground delivery map to see the estimated amount of days it will take to get to you from our Illinois warehouse. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of drop ship items. Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are indicated by a T prefix or by an X prefix for some larger items.
Our shipping and handling charges in the continental U.S. are as follows:
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico require a freight quote. Please contact Customer Service when shipping to any of these locations.
Special Shipping Options
Special shipping options such as lift gate, inside delivery, and residential delivery will incur additional shipping charges. Select items that ship by truck may qualify for free shipping, which includes tailgate delivery only.
International orders require prepayment by wire transfer, so we need some information from you. Please email us at CustomerCare@palossports.com, including the following information and we will provide you with a complete quote:
- Final destination address location
- Contact Name, Phone #, and Email address
- Item number and quantity
- What Freight Forwarder do you plan to use, if any
All shipping charges and any taxes or duties from customs to final destination will be your responsibility. International shipments require prepayment via Wire Transfer before any order will be released for shipping, and wire transfer fees will be your responsibility.
International orders cannot be cancelled or returned once the wire transfer has been received. We will email a quote back to you within 2 business days. Once you have reviewed and accepted this quote, you can email your order back to us.
