A portable, lightweight, modular obstacle course where kids and adults have fun exercising!
Great for group and individual exercises! Course variations include: 38 ft. single rail for speed and agility drills like quick overs, or strength and flexibility exercises such as bear crawls, 2 – 19 ft. parallel rails for more complex speed and agility drills that combine multiple exercises, or position rails at 9”, 18” 27” or 36” to add variety, challenge, and effectiveness to each of the exercise. Package includes: 5 tall platforms (bases), 2 short platforms, 7 platform caps, 4 rails, and training manual. Rails hold up to 600 lbs. Recommended space: 200 sq. ft. Ships via truck.
