Unlike other paddle and racquet sports, Street Racket can be set up almost anywhere. Draw a court using the included chalk, or use your own floor tape, or other materials to create a multitude of court designs on the playground, in the classroom, on sand, and even on the wall.
This game has countless variations and can be played by a single player, pairs, or larger groups. To follow basic rules, each player uses their wooden paddle to hit the ball upward into the other sections. The ball must hit the ground once before it is returned. Points are earned if the other player or team does not return the ball, hits it out of bounds, or if the number of bounces is exceeded.
Choose from 24 or 2-player set. The 2-player set includes (2) 17” wooden paddles, (2) 2.75” balls, (3) chalk sticks, game card, and bag. The 24-player set has 12x the 2-player set plus a large carrying bag.
Included paddle has full tang construction, with the wood running all the way through the handle. Each ball is designed from a special composite which is stronger than foam, but livelier and safer than hard rubber or plastic balls.
One-year Street Racket curriculum is available for single or up to 10 schools. Please see item 1041064-PS.
